Sandhill Cranes in Colorado!

Most folks think of Nebraska when they think of watching Sandhill cranes, but nearby San Luis Valley here in Colorado is a stopping point for over 20,000 cranes making their way up to Idaho for the summer. Blue Lake Ranch bed & breakfast guests traveling through the area over the next two weeks may want to make this part of their itinerary and check out the workshops and sunset trips organized by the Monte Vista National Wildlife Refuge.
